FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What are your hours of operation? We're on the road Monday through Friday, between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm, Saturdays between noon and 8:00 pm, and Sundays from noon to 8:00 pm. We guarantee 48 hours per week of road time for your ad!
What are your primary routes? •We travel primarily on Routes 270 and 85, Routes 15 and 355, Route 26, Route 40, and downtown Frederick. •All major travel routes will be utilized. •We use traffic data from MDOT to identify the high traffic areas and design your route to maximize visibility around traffic flow.
Will you still operate during inclement weather? If the roads are clear and safe for us and for your consumers, we'll be on the road.
Will you compensate me for lost road time if the roads are impassable? Yes. We will adjust schedules, add hours, or work Sundays to make sure you get the time on the road you have paid for.
What can you offer during special events? We go where your consumers go. Events such as the 4th of July, Great Frederick Fair, Thurmont's Colorfest, Frederick Keys games, and Frederick's Summer Concert Series are prime areas to reach your audience.
How many advertisers do your trucks handle? While each truck is capable of holding 60 advertisers, we limit ours to no more than 10 advertisers, to reduce clutter and give your ad more exposure time.
How much exposure will my ad receive? Your ad will be shown on each display for 10 to 12 seconds. Each ad is staggered so that you will get the maximum exposure. Your ad will display 20 to 25 minutes of each hour.
How do I know I'm getting the road time and exposure I am paying for? Our trucks will be equipped with GPS. Using a username and password unique to your account, you can locate your ad at any time. (This service is under construction and will be available soon.)
Are you in other markets besides Frederick County? We have expanded our market into Gettysburg, PA, and plan growth into the Montgomery County, Carroll County, and Washington County markets in the near future.
Are your drivers insured? All drivers are screened and drug tested to ensure that they have excellent driving records and meet the high standards of Erie Insurance.
Do your trucks provide others services? We provide a light messaging service for quick document delivery locally.
